After years of floundering on my own, doing too much cardio, and not seeing results, I chose to work with a professional in hopes of bettering my overall health. As a busy mom of multiple kids, I needed to spend time caring for myself. I chose to work with Austin because I appreciated his evidence based approach to health and fitness.
